How can I still make money in property?
There are currently a large number of motivated sellers with whom we negotiate purchase prices significantly below the market value of the property based on RICS valuations. The resulting discounts represent instant equity and enable us to minimise your capital input whilst maximising the property’s cashflow. We truly believe the current property market offers once in a generation opportunities for investors basing their investment decisions on strong figures rather than market hype.
How much money do I need to invest?
The capital requirement on the individual properties we offer ranges from £ 2000 to £ 10 000, depending on the value of the property and the financial structure in place.
What sort of returns will I get?
The vast majority of the properties we have available offer positive monthly income of over £150 per month after all expenses and buying costs are typically about £5,000. This represents a return on investment of about 36% per annum before capital appreciation is taken in to consideration. Also, because the property is purchase at a discount, there is typically 20-30% instant equity in the property.

How long will it take until completion?
A typical property purchase through Alpha Property Investment takes 3-6 weeks. We work very closely with first class solicitors and brokers to ensure the sales procedure is completed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
After completion, you will receive all the relevant paperwork from your solicitors informing you that the property is now in legally yours. We will organise for you (or the agent of your choice) to pick up the keys in order to commence the rental procedure. We can assist you in this process by recommending agents in most areas thanks to numerous years spent working with letting agents throughout the UK.
Who will look after the property?
We work with a number of managing agents across the UK that will provide full management services on the properties we offer. The agent will take care of collecting the rent and update the landlord about any issues with the property. Agents typically charge 10% of the rental income for a full management service.
