  • Standard buy-to-let finance for one off purchases in the UK. We only use brokers who are able to scour the entire open market to ensure they deliver the best products and rates on offer
  • Commercial finance. Our commercial brokers are able to arrange one-off commercial loans for commercial property or blocks of residential property in the UK.

  • Open Facilities. Subject to status, our brokers and contacts at the Banks are able to organise open / forward buying facilities. Many landlords with substantial portfolios utilise open facilities which enable them to complete on deals quickly and often remove the need for deposits as lending is often completely valuation based.

A miniscule percentage of our deals fall through in the current market because we ensure the deal structures we have in place are appropriate from the outset.
