Terms & Conditions
1) The Investor shall pay the agreed fee to Alpha Property Investment Limited for each property he/she wishes to reserve.
2) Alpha Property Investment Limited agrees to give exclusivity on the property reserved to the investor as soon as the reservation fee has reached Alpha Property Investment Limited’s bank account.
3) Alpha Property Investment Limited shall fully refund the reservation fee:
a) If the vendor pulls out of the transaction.
b) If the reserved property does not value to the figure stipulated in the marketing and the purchase price cannot be lowered to match the stated discount.
4) Should the investor be unable to obtain suitable finance or pulls out of the transaction for any other reason, the reservation fee can be retained by Alpha Property Investment Limited.
5) Investors will only use Alpha Property Investment Limited for the acquisition of the reserved property.
6) The Investor shall have no authority to enter into any negotiations on his/her behalf or that of any other party to alter or restructure the deal as stated/published by Alpha Property Investment Limited without prior agreement.
7) All information relating to any deals offered to an investor by Alpha Property Investment Limited is strictly confidential.
8) The terms of the contract provided by Alpha Property Investment Limited cannot be altered without the consent of all parties concerned.
9) Upon legal completion the investor will be given the opportunity to have the property managed.
10) Upon legal completion Alpha Property Investment Limited will have no further claim on the property.
11) Alpha Property Investment Limited encourages investors to carry out their own due diligence. Prior to payment all investors must satisfy themselves as to the suitability of the investment for their own personal financial circumstances.
